Respondents using credit cards in Great Britain in 2013 and 2015, by age
The statistic presents the share of British adults who had experience with using credit cards in 2013 and in 2015. In 2013, approximately 26 percent of the18-24 year old age group used credit cards; this share fell to 21 percent in 2015. Similarly among the 25 to 34 year old age group, 72 percent of respondents reported using credit cards in 2013, this number fell to 63 percent in 2015. The average for both years remained the same at 61 percent for all age groups.
