Children's heritage sites visiting in England 2008-2020

This statistic presents the share of children who had visited a heritage site in the last year in England, according to annual surveys conducted between 2008/09 and 2019/20. In 2019/20 around 66.4 percent of children had participated in a heritage site visits. In the same year, a higher proportion of children aged 11 to 15 years were found to have visited heritage sites than those aged 5 to 10.
