Italy: information sector turnover 2021

The turnover of the information sector in Italy increased by 1.7 billion euros (+8.83 percent) in 2021 in comparison to the previous year. In total, the turnover amounted to 20.6 billion euros in 2021. This increase was preceded by a declining turnover in this industry.
For the purpose of Eurstat Dataset NACE Rev.2 Section K turnover comprises the totals invoiced by the observation unit during the reference period, which corresponds to market sales of goods or services supplied to third parties.
