This statistic shows the share of people who had used e-government services in Spain between 2010 and 2019, broken down by means of contact. Form submission was increasing steadily throughout the period of time under consideration, ranging from 24 percent to approximately 51 percent of the total amount of e-government users. In 2019, approximately 54 percent used the e-government services for information obtainment.
