* Mean scores (excluding Don’t Know): Less than 15 minutes (0.125); 15 minutes up to 30 minutes (0.375); Over 30 minutes up to 60 minutes (0.75); Over 1 hour up to 2 hours (1.5); Over 2 hours up to 3 hours (2.5); Over 3 hours up to 4 hours (3.5).
