It can be seen that consumer credit products and services were the most complained-about product during this period, with 33 percent of all new complaints focusing on this aspect of banking businesses. A further 20 percent of financial-related complaints were regarding current accounts. Credit cards complaints completed the top three, with a share of seven percent of total complaints at that time.
