** According to the source, the program ARPU is defined as the average monthly revenue (incl. pay-per-view) from subscriptions in a certain period of time, divided by the average direct number of subscribers in that period of time. Sky uses the program ARPU as a key figure for company performance. The group thinks that the program ARPU is a useful key figure in order to tell to what degree the direct subscribers of Sky opt for the offered program of the company. However, the IFRS does not recognize the program ARPU, neither as a key figure nor as a replacement for information about profits and losses, that are collected in agreement with the IFRS, or a criterium for profitabilty. Since not all companies calculate their program ARPU in the same way, the presentation chosen by Sky is not necessarily comparable with similar key figures from other companies.
