During the observation period, the brand value of Santander increased from 18.7 billion U.S. dollars in 2015 to 18.9 billion U.S. dollars in 2024. At the same time, the brand value of BBVA decreased overall between 2015 and 2023, from approximately 8.34 billion U.S. dollars to roughly 7.2 billion U.S. dollars in 2024.
