As of 2014 the source estimated that marketing goods as made in Great Britain, England, Scotland or Wales in the United States could generate 823 million British pounds in potential revenue.

Estimates were calculated by the source based on survey responses on the premiums consumers are willing to pay for products labelled as made in Britain, England, Scotland and/or Wales (in comparison to unlabelled products). The research was based on five product categories: general food products, general alcoholic products, fashion items, high precision tools and automotives.
