The financial assets of investment funds as share of the gross domestic product (GDP) in Belgium increased overall with fluctuation during the period under observation, reaching a share of funds to GDP of 38.9 percent as of 2019. The smallest value was found in 2011, when financial assets of investment funds reached a share of 22 percent of total GDP in Belgium.
