As of the first half of 2022, the large majority of the complaints submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regarding the banking services in the United Kingdom (UK) were caused by general administration or customer service issues. General administration or customer service related complaints accounted for approximately 69 percent of all complaints opened in the first half of 2022.
