German sales of Mazda cars in 2023 dropped to some 46,400 units. This was a year-over-year drop of 32.6 percent compared to 2022 sales. The brand was deeply impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the automotive industry. Sales dropped by 38.63 percent between 2019 and 2022.
