BMW and Mini car sales in Germany 2008-2023

In 2022, the BMW and MIN sales reported by the BMW Group declined to some 249,900 units, a significant decrease relative to the previous year. German sales had been impacted by the drop in demand and production halts related to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and had been struggling to recover since then. In 2023, there were significant increases seen in sales, resulting in nearly 280,000 units sold, an increase of 11.7 percent from the previous year.
