In 2018, the turnover of the motor vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers manufacturing industry in the United Kingdom remained nearly unchanged at around 88.2 billion euros. Still, 2018 marked the second consecutive decline of the turnover in this industry. Turnover is defined by Eurostat as the total of all sales (excluding VAT) of goods and services carried out by the enterprises of a given sector during the reference period.
