This statistic shows the banking channels preferred by British adults to access individual services in Great Britain (United Kingdom) as of January 2014. The majority of respondents (82 percent) prefers the service face-to-face in the branch, when seeking financial advice. For financial transactions, online banking is just as important as is face-to-face contact, with 43 percent of respondents preferring each one of these channels.
