Norwegian consumers were he most avid sellers of second-hand goods over the internet in 2023. Nearly 42 percent of Norwegians engaged in consumer-to-consumer (C2C) online sales of goods and services in 2023. The Netherlands followed closely, with the top three completed by Maltese consumers.
