The survey was fielded online by Harris Interactive in October 2015, asking the respondents if they expect their Thanksgiving dinner to include gluten-free fixes or substitutes. Some 10 percent of U.S. adults indicated that they expect gluten-free stuffing at their meal on Thanksgiving day.
