This survey illustrates the comfort among U.S. clinicians in using patient data streamed from mobile health apps and devices as of 2014. Some 47 percent of clinicians stated they were comfortable using mobile app/device data that could analyze urine. The healthcare industry is producing services and products that are available directly to the consumers such as wearable devices and mobile apps that meet patient demand for a more direct access to their own healthcare needs.
