Global opinion on the internet as a basic human right 2014, by region

This statistic presents the share of global internet users who believe affordable internet should be a basic human right as of November 2014, sorted by region. During the survey period it was found that 79 percent of internet users in Europe felt that that affordable internet should be a basic human right. Overall, 83 percent of global internet users agreed with the statement.
