Chocolate production
The chocolate production volume in Poland has seen an overall increase over the years, reaching an all-time high record volume of 427 thousand metric tons in 2020. As a result, the year-on-year change in production volume witnessed a 7.1 percent growth between 2019 and 2020. It can be concluded that higher production leads to higher revenue. In 2020, LOTTE Wedel, which includes E. Wedel, a Polish confectionery manufacturer, generated almost 754 million zloty in net sales revenue.
