U.S. shopper star-rating expectation to buy from a retailer 2019, by vertical

Electronics shoppers in the United States were most likely to expect brands to achieve four or more stars in ratings before considering to shop with them. During the March 2019 survey, 65 percent of respondents stated that this was the case when shopping for electronics. Only 47 percent of respondents stated the same about making beauty purchases.
