Central London (UK): company floorspace absorption in 2013

This statistics presents the net absorption of floorspace for companies that were already located in Central London (UK), both in West End and in City & Docklands, and were expanding in 2013, acquiring more space for their operations. Net absorption is the balance between acquiring additional floorspace by companies and forgoing of floorspace by other ones. In the first quarter of 2013 approximately 672 thousand square feet were acquired by companies already located in Central London.
