UK banking: customer switching intentions if all banks charged fees in 2013-2014

This statistic presents the likelihood of the (intended) switch of customers current bank accounts in the United Kingdom (UK), provided that every bank charged for a bank account - in May 2014. Responses presented constitute a subsample of 59 percent of the total sample, which is the positive end of the scale (answers from " completely agree " to " slightly agree "). 12 percent of the subsample of respondents completely agreed with the possibility of switching their bank account given that all banks would charge fees.
