This statistic shows the share of private label and brand label types of toiletries British shoppers choose most regularly when shopping, according to a survey conducted in December 2012. Consumers who regularly bought toiletries were asked to indicate which type they bought most regularly. Of respondents, 55 percent chose a standard or premium named brand while 42 percent tended to buy some form of own label product.
