Customer loyalty schemes: consumer usage vs marketers perception in the UK 2014

This statistic shows the share of consumers who bought more products than planned due to longer term reward schemes and promotions in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2014, compared to how marketers believed consumers acted when asked the same question. According to the survey, marketers believed that 27 percent of consumers had bought more due to newspaper collectable offers. However in reality only 6 percent of consumers surveyed claimed to have done so.
