Received treatment by nursing home residents in the U.S. by ownership 2012
This statistic shows various treatment received by nursing home residents in the United States by ownership type in 2012. In this year, 41 percent of nursing home residents at for-profit facilities received pain management care. In Americans over the age of 65, almost 70 percent will require long-term care. As the U.S. senior population grows, there will be increased pressure from the quantity and quality of long-term health care facilities.
