This statistic shows how dangerous people in the United Kingdom considered using the mobile phone when driving between November 2006 and July 2013. Over 80 percent of those surveyed agreed that both texting while driving and using a phone without hands-free while driving were dangerous. A smaller group agreed that using a phone with hands-free was dangerous, although with a higher percentage in 2013 than in 2006.
