Consumer attitude towards retailers' ethical claims in the United Kingdom (UK) 2014

This statistic shows the results of a survey question asking UK consumers to what extent they agree with the statement "I dont't think it is enough for retail companies to say that they are ethical, they need to prove it to me". Of respondents to the survey conducted in June 2014, 40 percent tended to agree that retailers saying they are is not enough and that they need to take measures to prove that to the customers as well.
