This 2013 survey displays the UK adults' perception of fracking and what effect they think this method of shale gas extraction might have on reducing global warming. Over a third of the respondents said they thought fracking would not make a difference in terms of climate change. The rate of participants thinking it would have positive effects on the reduction of global warming and the share of the ones thinking it would entail negative effects leveled each other out.
