This statistic shows a ranking of foods shoppers consider to be speciality foods in Great Britain, after being asked to name foods they would consider or describe as speciality foods spontaneously as part of a consumer survey. According to the survey, conducted for Bord Bia Irish Food Board in 2013, 14 percent of respondents consider sushi and pate to be speciality foods.
