This statistic shows the rate (per 1,000 strength) of service personnel newly diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in the UK armed forces in 2018/19, by service. Between two and three patients among a thousand were diagnosed with PTSD in both the Royal Marines, and the Army.
