This statistic shows the share of consumers willing to pay more for grocery shopping to get superior customer service in Great Britain, from biennial surveys conducted between 2003 and 2017. According to the surveys conducted for Bord Bia Irish Food Board, 38 percent of grocery shoppers in 2017 agreed that they would be willing to pay more to get superior customer service, compared to 36 percent in 2015.

Respondents were asked: "I am going to read out a list of things that people have said about grocery shopping. Please tell me how much you agree or disagree with each statement". Figures show the total of those who agree slightly and agree strongly.
