In 2021, price comparison websites was the main source of energy deal information when switching suppliers in Great Britain. According to a survey conducted in May, 41 percent of British respondents found out about the electricity suppliers they switched to through an online price comparison service. Meanwhile, 14 percent of respondents found out about their new deal at the supplier's own website.
