This statistic shows the share of responses to a survey on the frequency of public transport travel within Great Britain between March 2013 and February 2014. Only 12 percent of respondents used public transport at least once a day while 32 percent travelled by public transport twice a year or less. A third of the respondents used public transportation once a week or more.
Respondents were told to count each single trip as one journey and each return trip as two journeys. Only include travel within Great Britain over the last 12 months.
