This statistic presents the results of a survey among U.S. adult consumers. The survey was fielded online by Harris Interactive in March 2014, asking the respondents to rate the importance of the factor 'saturated fat' when buying foods and beverages. Some 31 percent of U.S. adults indicated to consider the attribute 'saturated fat' as a somewhat important driver for their food and beverage purchase decisions.
