Previewing products offline and buying products online was most common among shoppers. More shoppers, roughly 42 percent, reported previewing products offline and buying them online in a different store than reported previewing products offline and buying them online in the same store. Consumers were less likely to preview personal care products offline and buy online, according to the survey results.
