This statistic displays the weekly spending of specialty food consumers for at-home-consumption/preparation or in restaurants in the U.S. in 2016. In order to gather this information, an online survey was conducted among 2,155 adults with internet access in the United States. The survey found out that specialty food consumers spend 113 U.S. dollars for food to cook at home on average per week.
