Proportion of wholesalers and retailers victim to burglary in England and Wales 2018
The survey shows the proportion of wholesale and retail premises experiencing burglary in England and Wales in 2018, by number of employees. In the 12 months prior to survey, nine percent of premises employing one to nine members of staff experienced a burglary or burglary attempt. This number doubled when looking at a wholesale or retail premises with more than 50 employees, where the number reached 20 percent.
