The engineering and electronics company Siemens AG generated some 19.1 billion euros from its environmental segment in the 2021 fiscal year. In April 2020, Siemens AG merged two of its energy divisions into an independent company called Siemens Energy AG. From 2021 on, the environmental portfolio revenue of Siemens AG is recorded separately, excluding Siemens Energy AG and thus explaining the decline in Siemens AG’s revenue.
