During a survey among event marketers in the United States released in early 2024, over half (or 53 percent) of respondents reported feeling optimistic about the effectiveness of trade shows. Still, according to the same study, the average number of in-person trade shows U.S. marketers intended to attend in 2024 decreased compared to the previous year.
