This graph shows the leading television advertising spending categories during NASCAR races on broadcast and cable TV in the United States from fourth quarter 2012 to third quarter 2013 as a share of total ad spending, as well as a year-over-year percent change in ad spending. The ad spending for soft drinks and bottled waters made up four percent of ad spending between fourth quarter 2012 and third quarter 2013, a 26 percent increase from the ad spending for the category in the previous year.
