Mugging incidents in England and Wales 2001-2013
This statistic shows the amount of mugging incidents in England and Wales (UK) from 2001/2002 to 2012/2013. Here we can see a net decline in the number of mugging incidents in England and Wales over this twelve year period. Despite the net decrease, there were several year on year increases, most notably from 2004/2006 to 2005/2006. The years 2009/2010 to 2010/2011, however, saw a significant drop in the number of mugging incidents in England and Wales.
