Over 1.5 billion British pounds was spent during business visits of Europeans in London, compared to around 3.06 billion on visits for vacation purposes. The higher spending by holiday tourists reflects the figures on number of visits to London from Europe, which also showed a higher proportion of visits made for holiday purposes.
