China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) produced some 281.1 million barrels of crude oil in 2023, of which, 29.5 million barrels were produced abroad. During the same time, Sinopec's crude oil volume production in China amounted to roughly 251.6 million barrels. Sinopec was the world's tenth-largest oil company based on daily crude oil production in 2022.
