In 2023, the global headcount of Holcim employees experienced an increase of approximately 3,000, bringing the total number of employees to 63,448. Despite this increase, the overall downward trend continued after 2015, when the group employed 100,956 people. The company is a supplier of building materials such as cement and aggregates, as well as ready-mix concrete and asphalt.
