The graph shows the percentage of internet users who were asked if they would be willing to pay more for an Internet connection with a higher speed or greater downloading capacity than their current one without changing their current Internet provider. In 2013, 17 percent of internet users said they would be prepared to pay up to 15 percent more for an Internet connection with a higher speed or greater downloading capacity.
