LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) is a Paris-based multinational luxury goods conglomerate, which was formed by the merger between the luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton and the high-end drinks’ brands Moët and Hennessy in 1987. The group boasts numerous exclusive brands across industries including wine and spirits, fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, and perfumes to name a few. As of 2023, LVMH ranked among the largest companies in the world by market capitalization. Furthermore, the owner of the luxury goods producer, Bernard Arnault, and his family ranked among the world's leading billionaires based on net worth.

Brand value is a term used by marketers to explain the worth of a brand. Strong brands enhance the performance of businesses. In 2024, the tech giant Steve Jobs’ Apple was the most valuable brand worldwide. The tech company had an estimated brand value of approximately 516.6 billion dollars.
