Leading financial advisors to M&A deals Europe 2023, by deal value

Goldman Sachs was the leading financial advisor for merger and acquisition (M&A) deals in Europe in terms of deal value in the first three quarters of 2023, with transactions amounting to over 172 billion U.S. dollars. It was followed by J.P. Morgan and Citi, with deals reaching approximately 154 and 123 billion U.S. dollars, respectively.
