According to data provided, the Sub-Saharan region saw the highest average annual growth during this time period at over 35 percent. The Arab states follow with more than 30 percent average growth, and in third place came the Asia Pacific region with an average growth of more than 20 percent. Western Europe observed the lowest average growth in mobile connections with only 6 percent.
