This statistic shows the preferred product buying methods of global online shoppers as of September 2015, sorted by category. During the survey period, it was found that 42 percent of worldwide survey respondents preferred to purchase books, music, movies, and video games online via PC. Only 30 percent of respondents preferred to do so in-store.
